What happens after I pay for my order?

When you pay for your order you will receive a confirmation email from us confirming your order.

Please check that all the details are correct as we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, which means same day with a maximum of up to 24 hours.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped.

What do I do when my order arrives when I am not at home?

If no one is available to receive the delivery, Australia Post will leave a collection card in your mailbox. Please retrieve this collection card from your mailbox, take it to the nominated Australia Post office mentioned on the card and collect your parcel from the post office.


It’s a good idea to have your workplace, or similar, nominated as your ‘delivery address’, as someone will be available all day to accept delivery.

What am I to do if my goods are damaged in transit?

If your goods are damaged in transit, please email us at customersupport@mslova.com and send us a picture of the damaged goods. We will assist you as soon as possible.
